We hope you like what you order from us and we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase.. But if you don’t, we will stand behind everything we sell. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
- Defective or Damaged Products: We accept returns for products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or not as described. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to report the issue.
- Non-Defective / Change of Mind: Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products (e.g., logo paper clips, shaped paper clips, jumbo clips), we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items or change-of-mind reasons, unless otherwise stated.
- Custom/Personalized Items: All custom-made or personalized products are final sale and non-returnable/non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return for a defective or damaged item:
- Contact our customer service inquiry@custompaperclips.com within 30 days of receipt.
- Provide your order number, photos of the defect/damage, and a brief description of the issue.
- We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions if approved.
- Ship the item back to our address (provided in the RMA email) using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or manufacturing defect). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
3. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.
- Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment provider (e.g.,credit card issuer or PayPal).
4. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for defective or damaged items only (subject to availability). If the same item is out of stock, we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion.
